Christmas Parades
The Birdhouse has participated in the Downtown Madison annual Christmas Parade for over 10 years. Getting inspiration from the critters in the store, puppets are always along to wave to the crowd riding in an over-the-top nature decorated car or truck. We love to see all the kids and adults lining Main Street filling downtown with people ready for fun.

The Birdhouse won second place with the help of a design by Bernadette Wickersham. Our Santa trophy is on display in the Discovery Center. The handmade giant binoculars used in the parade are hanging in the kids area of the store.
